Financial Stability – Proof of sufficient funds (or covered by employer).
Good Character – Clean criminal record with no security threats.
Valid Passport – At least 6 months’ validity remaining.
Application Process
Secure a Job Offer – Obtain an appointment letter from a Hong Kong employer.
Gather Documents – Passport, educational certificates, CV, company details, work experience proof.
Complete Application Form – Provided by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
Submit Application – Employer submits the application with supporting documents.
Biometric Appointment (if required) – Attend for verification.
Visa Approval – Once approved, visa is issued to the employer who forwards it to the applicant.
