  • Financial Stability – Proof of sufficient funds (or covered by employer).

  • Good Character – Clean criminal record with no security threats.

  • Valid Passport – At least 6 months’ validity remaining.

Application Process

  1. Secure a Job Offer – Obtain an appointment letter from a Hong Kong employer.

  2. Gather Documents – Passport, educational certificates, CV, company details, work experience proof.

  3. Complete Application Form – Provided by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
